There shall be a separation of Church and State;<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; abridging the freedom of speech, except for political speech near an election<\/strong>, or of the press, except talk radio<\/strong>; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, except near abortion clinics<\/strong>, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances, <\/span>unless the grievance regards rights or remedies newly created by courts, or which occurs near an election.<\/span>\u00a0

\nAmendment II<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people government<\/strong> to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.\u00a0

\nAmendment III<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

\nAmendment IV<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The right of the people and enemy combatants<\/strong> to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable* <\/strong>searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause*<\/strong>, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nAmendment V<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No person nor enemy combatant<\/strong> shall be held to answer for an<\/strong> capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; Persons must be read their rights.\u00a0\u00a0Confessions made outside of the presence of legal council must be considered suspect; confessions in the presence of legal council may be grounds for retrial.\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>Any incriminating evidence gained by illegal or mistaken action must be exclude and shall not be used in a trail,\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public or private<\/strong> use, without just compensation, however government may control the use of private property as if it were the owner without actually taking ownership and without just compensation, where government deems it necessary.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Amendment VI<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

In all criminal prosecutions the accused, and in all military actions enemy combatants<\/strong>, \u00a0shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nAmendment VII<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nAmendment VIII<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Excessive*<\/strong> bail shall not be required, nor excessive*<\/strong> fines imposed, nor cruel*<\/strong> and unusual*<\/strong> punishments, nor the death penalty<\/strong> inflicted.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nAmendment IX<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people<\/span><\/a> or those created by Judges.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nAmendment X<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The powers<\/span> not<\/span> delegated<\/span> to the United States by the Constitution<\/span><\/span>,<\/span> nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> (Meaningless \u2013 to be ignored)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There is a right to privacy.

None of these modifications is to be considered a modification, and any attempt to restore the Bill of Rights to its original understanding shall be deemed \u201cModifying the Bill of Rights for the first time in our history.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
